As part of event invitations, Trianel GmbH informs potential attendees that photographs may be taken at the event – depending on the type of event – by

• professional photographers
• other participants in the event.

You may be identifiable as a person on the photos.

Trianel GmbH has a justified interest in using images for

• documentation of the event or
• advertising purposes and
• to pass them on to third parties.

They may be used online (web) or offline (print).

As a participant in the event, you are entitled to object to publication of an image in a specific situation in accordance with Art 21 (1) of GDPR.
